Our foundation was inspired by pioneering international models in workplace violence prevention. What began as a collaborative effort between women’s advisory councils and dedicated business networks has evolved into a leading professional body specialized in workplace safety and social impact.

We address the impact of domestic and family violence through two primary channels:
- Workplace Prevention & Training: Statistics show that a significant number of people affected by domestic violence are currently employed. We deliver comprehensive training programs that empower employees and leadership to recognize signs and symptoms, respond appropriately, and provide safe, effective support to those in need.
- Strategic Community Partnerships: We act as a vital bridge between the corporate sector and frontline services. Through our established partnerships, we support refuges, outreach programs, and behavior change initiatives. We leverage our expertise to facilitate meaningful fundraising, donations, and volunteer opportunities that provide direct relief to survivors.
