Donna Harvey


As Operations Manager I oversee strategic, tactical and operational areas including administration, finance, human resources, facilities and business operations. My role includes implementation of strategic and business planning with continuous improvement, identifying and improving business systems along with ongoing compliance in accordance with relevant legislation, quality standards and organisational policy and procedure.

My corporate experience is accumulated from a diverse background including running my own building company, for which I was awarded Women in Business in 2015 and best Display Home in 2014 with the Master Builders Association. I have also been involved in property, publishing and the health and fitness industry. My vast skill set includes experience in business operations, project management, cashflows and budgets, my excellent time management and enthusiastic approach delivers a high level of customer service with great attention to detail.
